Boxing Technique & Cardio – Fundamentals/Weightloss/Sculpting

This class is focused on learning the fundamentals of boxing needed to compete or helping you achieve your ultimate fitness goals. This course is all about learning the art of boxing and giving you a great workout. You can burn upwards of 1000 calories in a session.

Classes incorporate jump ropes, heavy bags, shadow boxing, speed bags, double-end bags and focus mitts. Conditioning drills are designed to help you build and tone muscles. You will burn fat, relieve stress, massively improve self confidence, learn vital self defense skills, while proving hand and feet coordination, speed, reflexes and over all health.
